The “Till Report” was the only official British investigation into the #CapArcona tragedy. One of Till’s conclusions suggested “primary responsibility for the great loss of life must fall on the British RAF Personnel who failed to pass on vital information to the pilots” (2) However, his report also felt that “it is strongly urged that an official enquiry be held by the responsible authority into this failure to pass vital information, as none has taken place”.
