Having caught up w/ @bbcstrictly. The incredible dance by @RoseAylingEllis & @pernicegiovann1 just brought goosebumps & a few thoughts to my mind.
The dance felt like a metaphor for my life now.
Having gone through my training with luckily minimal impact caused by my Deafness...

Today I cried at work but4 once they were happy tears coz we finally got clinically approved clear masks!
It was incredible seeing my wonderful colleagues swap over to the new masks as soon as the box arrived in Paeds A&E and being able to understand them instantly.
Its been a year of battling2 understand ppl thro masks, trying my hardest to be a good Dr, worrying abt burden I put on colleagues trying2 communicate w/me, trying to get thro training on par w/ my colleagues & loneliness.
Within a couple of hrs of my team wearing clear masks
