#Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis injured his left ankle in the 3Q of game 2. He tore the flexor retinaculum of his inner ankle, which is a small band of tissue that holds, among other things, the tibialis posterior tendon in place, causing the tendon to pop out of its groove. (1/many)
The tibialis posterior tendon (which I will shorten to tib post) typically sits behind the bumpy bone on your inner ankle, the medial malleolus. If the retinaculum tears, the tendon can pop on top/in front of the malleolus. (2/?)

Just had a chance to read part of the NFL's agreed upon protocols (posted by @AlbertBreer) for return to full-functioning facility operations during the current pandemic. Here are my initial thoughts. 1/
The protocol is thorough. They've addressed major risk areas that are controllable in facilities – ventilation, social distancing, masks, player/staff hygiene, surface decontamination, and limiting player interaction in high-risk settings wherever possible (training, eating). 2/
