I guess some don’t believe in forgiveness, reconciliation and rehabilitation. “How many times should we forgive? 7 times?” “Nah,”Jesus said, “7 times 70”. In the land of the free, we lock up more people than any country on Earth and we’re not safer for it. Earned sentence credits (ESC) provide incentives for people incarcerated to truly come out better people by going through substance abuse treatment, job training and trades attainment, mental health treatment and a host of programs recommended by their counselors inside.
