🎉 At last night's @BostonPlans public meeting on the City's pending zoning reform, Squares + Streets, the agency announced the reintroduction of the S5 zoning option to the draft amendment, which had been dropped between their November and December presentations. 🎉

Image The parcel is the site of a former nursing home which has sat abandoned in Codman Square since 1995. Adding a 5th floor would mean being able to create 11 more homes in the same footprint, including 2 additional income-restricted below market rate units. Image
