👉🏽Amalkan makanan sihat & seimbang seumur hidup. Makan sayur-sayuran & buah. Kurang garam, gula & minyak. Makan secara bersederhana utk mengekalkan berat yg ideal. Tidak perlu pantang telur/ayam jika tiada alahan.

I recently worked with the @NHSuk and @DHSCgovuk for their official vaccine campaign.

Does the COVID-19 vaccine affect your chances of getting pregnant, or cause infertility? 👉🏽There is no evidence that the vaccine affects fertility. The theory that immunity to the spike protein could lead to fertility problems is not supported by evidence.

I recently worked with the @NHSuk and @DHSCgovuk for their official vaccine campaign.

Why is it important for people to continue to follow Hands, Face, Space and Fresh Air even after they have been vaccinated? 👉🏽If you’ve had your vaccination, please continue to follow the guidance as you could still be spreading the virus, keeping the number of cases high and putting others at risk who also need their vaccine but are further down the queue.

Got my first Pfizer COVID vaccine dose today! Let’s all continue to follow the COVID guidance, the cases are rising, hospital admissions are increasing, hospital beds are almost full, it’s not the time to be complacent. Hoping that next year will be a better year! 🙏🏽 Image To answer some of your questions below:

👉🏽FACT: The vaccines have followed the usual safety protocols, including phase 1-3 clinical trials. While COVID-19 vaccine development has operated on a faster timeline, manufacturers still must follow the usual process.

I’m sure you all have heard the news about one of our favourite superheroes @chadwickboseman. He passed away due to colorectal cancer at the age of 43. Even though colorectal cancer typically affects older population, the cases of those under the age of 50 are rising. 📌Colorectal Cancer is the 4th most common cancer in the UK. It is the most common cancer among men and the 2nd most common among women in Malaysia.
📌1 in 10 people diagnosed with colorectal cancer before the age of 50.

En Azri, terlebih dahulu saya mahu minta jangan politikkan isu kesihatan.

How to stay safe during this COVID-19 Pandemic?
-Good self-hygiene. Please wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds. Alternatively, you can use alcohol hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol if hand washing is not readily available. -Do a ‘dab’ and cough/sneeze! Cough and sneeze into your elbow to avoid spreading the droplets to other people.

I’m not mentioning any products. This is a thread to discuss about essential oils and weight loss from scientific point of view. To answer your question, as far as I know there’s no evidence to show that topical application (minyak sapuan) of essential oil can directly cause weight loss.

The first article was published in July.

Before I go to bed, I would like to share this with you - Medical Myths. 👩🏻‍⚕️#MedTweetMy Here’s explanation from Prof Imelda, O&G Specialist about ‘nenas’. You all, sudah2 lah dengan kepercayaan mengarut, READ, READ, READ. Ini baru first time I dengar, nenas boleh buat keguguran. 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

Sudah-sudahlah dengan iklan - jom jadi putih, jom besarkan payudara, jom rapatkan vagina, jom makan jamu...kalau tak suami lari....

It’s very demeaning to women and patronising, and ladies you let them do that to you? When do you want to wake up from your daydream? Do you realise that you’re being manipulated?People are making money off you because you’re too gullible and you don’t know the consequences? You don’t want to be perceived as someone who is weak don’t you? With women empowerment & all that, yet you still let them manipulate you.

I don’t know if you don’t understand the tweet or you just pretend that you don’t understand the tweet. You can take maternity leave as short as you want or as long as you want (this is up to one year if you’re in the U.K.) based on what your body is telling you and doctor’s advise.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand why do you need to comment about this in such a negative way. Perhaps you could read about confinement written by Prof Imelda, a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Vivvy was right, mobilising early is important to reduce your risks of getting blood clots in your legs. Even in the U.K., people do not practice ‘pantang Melayu’ and they still do fine, they just follow doctor’s advice.

Lol that’s not true! Alahai lecturer pun kenapa bagi info salah ni 💆🏻‍♀️ Senang ye kerja jadi doktor di UK, kerja 8 jam je dah dapat cuti? Manalah dia dapat info mengarut ni. No matter where you are, doctors still work long hours. On call shift in the UK per day is 13 hours and some people still do 24-hr non resident on call.

There’s no such thing as herbs/supplements that can reduce your risk of getting cancer (there is no significant evidence on human based on research studies) Healthy lifestyle, get enough nutrients and vitamins from your food, keeping fit, and stop smoking, limit alcohol intake are one of the few things that you could do, but cancer cannot be prevented solely based on what you eat.
