So a local "investigative news team" from @CBSNewsColorado ran this story yesterday about a woman accused of falsifying a child abuse report, and how she might not be able to stand trial because of a brain tumor.
However, it appears to be total BS and I'll prove it.
@CBSNewsColorado The crux of the story is that the family of the accused woman, Robin Niceta, provided CBS Colorado copies of medical records and a few images of a brain MRI - yet CBS failed to discuss any of this with an actual medical professional before just repeating the claims.
