USA alone, from June 1971 to June 2021, spent > 1 TRILLION DOLLARS ( 1,000,000,000,000 💵),Just to control d drug use, more money infused in LAW and Enforcement, rather than providing adequate treatment, Result: 107,622 people died in JUST 12 months in 2021 due to DRUG OVERDOSE ! War on drugs ( deadliest drug tobacco and alcohol was not included) lunched by USA president NIXON in JUNE 1971 , created DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION also, further harder steps taken by USA president Ronald Reagan, but WAR on drugs “drastically failed to save Americans”

Deadly disease “Lung cancer” was not even known/reported ( only 120 cases ) in medical literature during 19th Century!

Tobacco use was increasing, a medical student found that tobacco use is causing lung cancer ( later confirmed by researcher from Europe and USA in 1940s) , Many events happened in 20th century, including reporting that is LUNG CANCER becoming pandemic ( yes , pandemic!! ) and people are dying because of tobacco use and related complications, but CEOs of tobacco company kept influencing that NO, it’s not causing such things

Finally My DM Addiction Psychiatry thesis submitted for evaluation at AIIMS New Delhi @aiims_newdelhi . A Manual for psychotherapy (BI) also developed to help people who are struggling with cannabis addiction and were seeking help at @nddtc_aiims (can be downloaded from @eNDDTC) Till date no medications approved nationally or internationally for treatment of cannabis use disorder, only psychological interventions has been found effective but none of them is gold standard!
