I've reviewed over 6,000 MRIs. The fat that's killing you isn't the fat you can pinch. It's wrapped around your heart and threaded through your muscle.

And almost nothing you've been told to do touches it.

Here's what actually works: 1. Diet and fasting

Counting calories loses weight, but it doesn't lose disease. Keto is better. Carnivore is better still. But you're not trying to weigh less. You're trying to lose disease, both present and future.

Skipping one meal does little. Going 24-48 hours flips your body into the repair state your ancestors lived in between hunts. Extended fasting beats intermittent. Intermittent beats grazing all day. Your body heals when you stop feeding it.

At 48, I stared in the mirror, but all I could see: was a stranger…

I had heart disease.

Back pain so bad, I couldn’t even SNEEZE without fear.

Worst part? I was a doctor. And even I couldn’t fix myself. 🧵👇🏻 One night, I woke up again to pee for the 5th time, barely able to walk.

I looked at my reflection—overweight, exhausted, sick.

That’s when I knew: This is not who I’m supposed to be.

Something had to change. Fast.

FAT isn’t just ugly— it’s the root cause of every chronic disease…

Hint: Not the fat on the outside

—> Fat on the INSIDE. (Visceral Fat)

Eliminating it is key to reversing heart disease, diabetes, and inflammation.

Here’s what the science shows...🧵👇🏻(and tips to eliminate) Visceral fat is stored deep in your abdomen, around your organs.

It’s not just extra weight— it actively promotes disease.

Even a 5% increase can boost your risk of heart disease and diabetes by over 30%

How so?
