Perioperative Cardiovascular Evaluation of Patients Undergoing Non cardiac Surgery :
Important Do Not :
❌Routine interruption of antithrombotics in low bleeding risk
❌ECG for asymptomatic pt, low risk surgery
❌Routine echocardiography for LV evaluation.
❌Stress test for low risk surgery
❌Routine coronary angiography

If an emergency, then determine the clinical risk factors that may influence perioperative management and proceed to surgery with appropriate monitoring and management strategies based on the clinical assessment.
