Why do GPs need a safe working limit you may be asking yourself?

Pilots - who could make catastrophic fatal errors - have a legal limit on the hours they can work in a week. Would you want to fly in an A380 with an exhausted pilot, working beyond his rostered hours?

We’ve been doing a clinician led total triage model for a year now - what have we learned in this time?

The most significant change has been in access. Under our old digital first mode we were having to close our website to new enquiries by lunchtime, at least once per week.
Since changing our system - zero closures!
