We’ve been doing a clinician led total triage model for a year now - what have we learned in this time?
TLDR: things are much, much better, but still a long way from being perfect…a brief🧵
The most significant change has been in access. Under our old digital first mode we were having to close our website to new enquiries by lunchtime, at least once per week.
Since changing our system - zero closures!
