We only know a few things for certain. Two vehicles were driving at a high rate of speed on a Dallas highway and one vehicle lost control causing a 6-car accident with injuries. At least one of the vehicles is connected to Chiefs WR Rashee Rice.

Well I'm about to hit the road to Canton, but let's get to an #FFLegalUpdate on Joe Mixon's civil suit first.

The complaint alleges a harrowing tale of automatic weapons and a scared 16 year old boy hiding in his own yard from automatic gunfire.

The claims against Mixon are as follows:
- Negligence
- Assault & Battery
- Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
- Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress

They are asking for punitive damages as well.

Alvin Kamara has been indicted for his role in the assault that took place last February in Las Vegas.

This was expected, but there is a lot of misinformation floating around out there so be careful.

Ok I've had a chance to look at the Joe Mixon filing and have some thoughts for all of you on what might happen with his case, and by extension, his fantasy value.

1/ When it comes to criminal charges I don't think anything could be more up my alley. I handle mostly misdemeanor cases in Ohio, and Aggravated Menacing is one of the more frequent charges I see.

So I took some time looking into the Josh Sills case for an #FFLegalUpdate and I've come to a couple conclusions.

1 - The details of the case are both horrifying and can be triggering.
2 - He's not really fantasy relevant.

1/ As a result I think I'm going to keep this one short.

Sills has been indicted on two First Degree Felonies in Guernsey County Ohio.

Those felonies are: Rape, Kidnapping

Ok thanks for your patience everyone. I've read the decision handed down today by the Hon. Sue Robinson (Ret.) in the Deshaun Watson case and I found it to be pretty interesting on several levels.

1/ The main question I keep getting is a version of the same thing: Won't Goodell simply give him more games on appeal? Goodell can do whatever he wants right?

I continue to see a runaway narrative about the Alvin Kamara case everywhere I turn, so even though nothing has happened in the case I think it's time to make sure everyone is updated.

1/ What I've been seeing in articles and on twitter is the same couple of things:

- "with Kamara set to miss time"
- "with Kamara facing a 6-game suspension"
- "since Kamara may be suspended"

None of these is particularly accurate.

Ok I've had a few minutes to read over the new Complaint against Deshaun Watson. I've seen media reports about what's in it, but when we have the primary source it's always best to start there.

Here's an #FFLegalUpdate about the new suit and what it means.

1/ The suit was filed today, 5/31, in the same court as the other pending suits. The causes of action are:

1 - Civil Assault
2 - Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
3 - Negligence and Gross Negligence

These are mostly in line with the other suits.

There are some big developments in the Dalvin Cook situation so it's time to do an #FFLegalUpdate. As anticipated, things are getting messy and Cook has come out of the gates swinging.

1/ As noted previously, Local Court Rules gave Cook 20 days to Answer the allegations against him. I calculated that date as being 12/2. I didn't initially see the Answer so I thought I may have it wrong, but it took a few days to be available online. I've read all the new docs.
