Moving to Virtual First meant that we had to rethink our physical offices, so we spent the last few months optimizing our spaces to preserve team collaboration and human connection. We still believe that in-person connection is important, so this is where Studios come into play.

In 2016, we posted a tweet about diversity at Dropbox with a tone-deaf photo that did not include diverse representation. More importantly, it reflected the real work we still have to do.
