In light of the newly declassified FBI records and Senator @ChuckGrassley Grassley’s revelations about surveillance of U.S. congressmen, I publish here on X the document I received in December 2019 from NGO funded by Soros and USAID. I published it before, in 2019 and even gave the press conference on it in 2019. This document takes on particular significance now, I guess.

In 2019 I have forwarded this document to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the U.S. @USEmbassyKyiv in Kyiv the official materials confirming facts of illegal surveillance of high-ranking U.S. officials.

During this process, NGO Slidstvo Info - a Soros-funded structure masquerading as journalists - emerged as one of the key actors. @MikeBenzCyber made a great investigation on this NGO and OCCRP.

So, at the end of 2019, this NGO sent me a so-called “request,” which in fact was an attempt to use me to collect and transmit data on U.S. officials.
They urgently demanded confidential information covering a four-year period - access to which could only be obtained in two ways:
either through intelligence services or through hacking of phones, accounts, and my personal emails.

A criminal case was opened following my statement at the time, but after Biden became the president, the case concerning this surveillance in Ukraine was closed.

Although the law provides that, in cases where a “document contains information with restricted access,” access must still be granted to those sections of the document that do not contain restricted information. Moreover, the law specifies that information with restricted access must be made public if the public interest in its disclosure outweighs the factors protecting its confidentiality.
Therefore, we ask you to provide any and all information access to which is not limited by this law, or the restriction of which does not outweigh the public interest in disclosure.
We also ask you to provide any documents from third parties that are in your possession. In cases where you are not authorized to disclose third-party documents, we ask you to notify us immediately so that we can request them directly.
