I think it is time to just take all the church's money, property, and stuff and give it to survivors and communities. Clearly having the church involved in the process is not working
I mean this is the cherry on top of the evil stuff this organization has been doing forever.

1) Take away traffic enforcement from Police. This will remove a lot of the negative interactions between police and the community. Have speeding cameras, ticketing agents, no side arms or weapons, have them outside of Police command
