True generational wealth is more than money.
Here are 4 types of capital your family needs + how to build them 🧵 :
Human:
The most essential element of your family are the members and connections & culture between them.
I don't think I need to tell you how to make more people (ask your parents)
But to build connection and culture you need to be spending intentional time together.
Build traditions, stories, create heirlooms, design a family emblem, share meals, pray together.
One other thing often overlooked is the family sanctuary, an epicenter of your family culture. More than a home, this is a place of refuge for your entire family, specifically designed to cater to your family and it's members.
There can be liabilities here too - bad blood, disabilities, poor connection, vices/addictions. Know that with enough attention these can all be dealt with/mitigated.
'Amassing' human capital is much easier if you have a dedicated full-time parent (usually a SAHM).

People hate outsourcing, but accept that their role as a parent must be (daycare, schools)
True lasting wealth is in your family culture..
Something that's much easier built with a dedicated parent standing in the way of institutions raising your kids.
