1/14 Programmatic submissions are completed by preparing your submissions as XML documents and either sending them to ENA using a program such as cURL or using the Webin Portal. This #tweetorial will run you through submission of raw read data using the programmatic route. 2/14 To submit raw read sequencing data to ENA you must also provide metadata to describe your sequencing project and make your data reusable and searchable.
