⏰ .@POTUS pledged to the world our #NDC of cutting 50-52% of 2005 emission levels by 2030. Despite promises from the administration to be transparent, we STILL have no idea how the administration plans to meet this ambitious goal. When it comes to the Biden administration’s climate policy, there are lot of cooks in the kitchen—which means when @SenCapito asks for answers, it’s easy to for @EPA and @WhiteHouse to point the finger at each other and give Congress the bureaucratic runaround.
