"Little Eva" is critiquing Moore's and KSP's personal views on Pilgrim's Progress. I have some cool takes.

1. @DrMoore seems more bothered by "morose" Progress/Puritan fandom than the actual literature. This does fit my impression that he's feeling a lot of "culture war" wounds. 2. Whether it's DC/Marvel stans, LOTR lovers, horror buffs, band groupies, sports fans, or classic literature scholars, it's wise to separate the work from its loudest fanbase. Yet it's clear Moore is just sharing a personal opinion. He does rightly praise the legacy of Progress.
