1) We are in the process of converting some of our establishments into temporary food markets. Breads, ready to eat foods, meals prepared for multiple people. I have seen a complete shift in the food world (where people get their meals) since opening original Sahm’s in 1986. 2) In the early 90’s in Fishers, there was one Kroger location, 2 Marsh locations, a giant Cub Foods, and Archer’s grocery within a 3 mile radius of 116th and Allisonville. There was a population of about 12,000 people. There were about 15-20 restaurants.
