1/ How does this almost entirely escape the notice of C-19-vax critics? While the supposed opposition is joyously celebrating the "fall" of Pfizer, the actual owner of the so-called "Pfizer" vax is expanding into Africa with the full and open support of Germany and the EU. 2/ Germany is contributing over half a billion euros to facilitating this expansion and Ursula von der Leyen turns up in person in Kigali to celebrate the construction of BioNTech's new African factory. 1/ Excellent summary. The only things I would add is that the manufacturer of PCR kit was TIB-Molbiol in Berlin. Olfert Landt, CEO of TIB, developed the PCR protocol with Drosten. 1/Why does this not get a community note? Look at the replies. Almost 100% *opposed*. The claim that certificate will facilitate mobility is obvious newspeak. It will do the opposite. And we now know the very basis of the EU system, the claim of reducing transmission, was bogus. 2/The Commission's tweet is misinformation. But by definition it cannot be for Twitter, since under the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA), it is the Commission itself that decides what is misinformation.

1/ The hypocrisy is truly unbearable. Twitter is PART of a state-sponsored system targeting "disinformation": the EU's Code of Practice on Disinformation. Elon Musk has repeatedly signaled his agreement with it by pledging fealty to the EU's Digital Services Act. 2/ This is all just a show, using the US govt and its relatively feeble attempts to *influence* Twitter as scapegoat, in order to be able to continue to comply with the EU's censorship REQUIREMENTS without anyone noticing.

1/ This is what we’re up against. 👇 “Fact-checkers” are an integral part of the EU censorship. They are not independent NGOs. They are *para*governmental entities. 1/ US govt policy?!? The latest Twitter File is the lamest of all. The *EU* has had an OFFICIAL Fighting Covid Disinformation Programme since June 2020 and Twitter is part of it and was reporting back to the EU on its efforts! The reports are public!

But at the rate @elonmusk is going it will take several years before all the 11,230 accts that Twitter suspended under its “C19 misinformation” policy will be restored. 2/ The European Commission told Musk no “general amnesty” and there has not been any general amnesty, nor indeed any partial amnesty. 1/ Great. But how is this any different than "freedom of speech" is not "freedom of reach"? @elonmusk has already said that he will continue to limit visibility, though he has indicated that the shadow ban will apply to tweets not acct owners.
2/ I'm not sure this is any better. Why should anyone want to be on a platform that muzzles them every time they write something that crosses who knows what redlines? In any case, it is still censorship.
