Finding it really REALLY hard to bite my tongue seeing friends of 10 and longer years sharing vote leave sh*t and pictures like this on their facebooks and appearing in my feed and the utter f**king thick comments that follow of their other friends. Its the same when I go to the gym, the utterly stupid or horrendously miss informed comments conversations I hear or am part of. I've had many a debate, still call them friends tho. I try to inform, try not to get angry, not sure which is the more difficult.
