Our car-centric cities in Nigeria are detrimental to our health.
I had blood clot in my lungs many years ago and a good doctor linked part of the reason to our environment. He advised I stopped driving as part of my new lifestyle.
Thought he was dying or something was about to happen came. The doctor, after checking him, said he should stay off driving for one week, sleep very well and come back for re-examination because he couldn't zero-in on what was wrong with him.
