Dale Carnegie's book titled "How to win friends and influence people" was the first non-academic book I ever went through.

That year, I worked with a small company somewhere in Oregun, Lagos. My employer wanted us all to grow. So he made us all go through it over & over again I can't remember the number of times I went through that book

But I'm sure it was more than a 100 time

I hated reading, but going through that book over again started making sense and it gave me a new reading spirit.
