1) The ISI continues to negotiate with Iran on behalf of the US but so far failing miserably.

2) The UAE wants the return of their loans because it’s their money. One can argue it’s about Iran and Saudi but in reality the UAE has deep ties with 1/12 the establishment, ISI has the biggest presence in Dubai, all gov military elites have money stashed away, it’s a scheme to bring this money back to Pak so the mil gov can use it for their own purpose.

1) The situation of Pak Gov and Hafiz Munir is not good. The State went out of its way to promote a peace deal between Iran and the USA which fell on its face. There was no need to promote it like a Bollywood Movie.

Time to put the Indian Government and the Pakistan Army in its place.

The attack in Pahalgam was coordinated between the two entities to embolden Modi's popularity in India and to further solidify NaPak Fauj's hold over Pakistan.

You ask how? + Why did the attack take place in usurped Kashmir and not Mumbai?

Because for the Indian populace it is out of sight and out of mind. Just like in Pakistan, Kashmir is used for electioneering and politicking. +

3. revolution through systematic and targeted campaigns against state institutions
