Here's how Nithyananda perpetuates sexual abuse amongst minors: he directly instructs a kid who he is already abusing (eg sundareshwara) to name who they find attractive, then try to sleep with them. He has instructed Sundareshwara to sleep with tons of the gurukul girls - whether sundareshwara has been successful, I don't know. Nanditha may have been victim to this to some extent.
