In March I launched my first cohort.

Members called it "life changing"
119 people across 22 countries joined.

Kicking off this week is my next cohort. I kept it under 20 people and didn't market it.

Here's why I'm going small this time... Creating a cohort is artwork, it's the ability for me to love without boundaries and feel valued while doing so. It's a true honor to be a part of each person's journey. Some members like @Kwame_Johnson have called being in my cohort "life changing"

Here’s 8 steps I’ve been learning slowly to create viral TikToks...

➡️ Step 1: create video/s on your phone or camera in or out of app

⏰ —> if in app use timer for 3 or 15 second cut off

➡️ Step 2: if shot out of app upload video/s to TikTok

➡️ Step 3: (next tweet) ➡️ Step 3: adjust clip timing, cut cut cut ✂️

⚡️aim for 10 seconds for the completed TikTok

⚡️have a strong 2 seconds right at beginning sharing why your viewer should care

Top 10 things I learned about growing my podcast audience by reviewing @Simplecast podcast analytics for 764 of my episodes

1-holiday breaks or any break DOES HURT listenership, you'll have to work harder to ramp back up
2-seasonal shows are NOT favored by podcast algorithms
3.. 3- Guests who have high Instagram engagement (not twitter, not facebook) lead to more listens when they share the episode in post, not story
4- Guests and listeners who share episode in their Instagram story do drive some listenership, mostly awareness
