Conservation of temples at Barsoor

In the fantastic attempt to conserve the archaeological heritage of Barsoor, @DantewadaDist under the guidance of Collector @DeepakSoni_1 Sir, conserving the damaged and the ruins of temples of Barsoor, have been started on local people demand. Barsoor earlier was known for its 147 temples & ponds and was the capital of Nal, gang and Nagvansh dynasty but with time its glory was faded because the next kingdom Kaktiyas shifted its capital to different locations. No serious attempt was made so far to conserve its heritage
