Spoke to Madhavi today 10/7 at 5 pm in the Direct helpline about not being able to place orders for Prathamesh and Teerth .Ridiculous reason she gave was that there were no buyers and sellers today 2of7 @ICICIDirectcare @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care
which didn’t explain why the order wasn’t inputted on the icici platform. Asked her to check again if there were any traded volumes and was kept on hold for 25 mins

SwiggyOne customer , Order booked , Order number #177779464648516 , incorrect delivery location inadvertently , Post 2 of 4 @Swiggy @SwiggyCares @SwiggyInstamart helpline chat said they will deliver as just 250 metres away , chat proofs present , delivery person did not pick phone , proof of several calls made , helpline cancels order without customer consent
