So here it is. My Isolation Station HIIT Workout from today.
This will REALLY get that heart rate up & burn those calories. Itβs tough but youβll feel SWEET after π πͺπΌ
x3 Rounds of the below: 60-90 secs rest time between rounds.
1.
Press Ups x10
2.
Burpees x10 (Man was nearly down for the count after these π π)
