Sebenarnya nak kupas topik ni agak kompleks, 1 thread couldn’t do justice 😅

Tp bila saya mula cycling, 3 benda berubah:

1. Metabolism, weight loss
2. Running economy
3. Improve ALL running physio i.e base, threshold, top end

Sehingga boleh cut HM PB 12 min dlm setahun

1. Weight loss

Masa run, walaupun pernah peak 100km/week dan monthly hampir cecah 400km, tapi berat tak pernah turun bawah 63kg.

Tapi cycling 'unlock' body parts kita yang lain yang kita tak biasa guna dengan run, jadi badan mula 'toning'

BRIEF SHARING ON RACE FUELING STRATEGY.

Since ada yang minta share pasal benda ni semalam, disini sy cuba share apa yang saya buat dalam race fueling preparation. A thread First and foremost, fueling strategy ni agak subjektif untuk certain orang, what works for me will not necessarily works for you, tapi basicnya tetap sama:

Fueling is meant to keep your glycogen, salt and water intake in check when running at race pace.
