🧁Children bounce off the walls when you give them ice cream. They get the shakes after gnawing on candy bars. They turn demonic when allowed to lick lollipops.

On average, we spend about a third of our lives sleeping — more than 9,500 days. That’s a lot of time, especially if you’re pressed for it. fatherly.com/health/is-6-ho… But sleeping is literally one of the most important things you can do for your body, and it’s responsible for so much of the body’s functioning that it’s hard to fathom how it has ended up being so dispensable for so many of us. Even though Seinfeld came from an era before TV “binges,” it did accidentally pioneer a format so endlessly rewatchable that it's now one of the most binge-worthy shows on Netflix. fatherly.com/entertainment/… You might think each episode of Seinfeld was self-contained and didn’t necessarily flow into the next, but what made the show so hilarious was actually the fact that there was a ton of continuity.
