growing up in the age of social media is painful AF. if you've been on Twitter for the past 10 years you've grown immensely. It doesn't matter what age you were when you started using this app. From a social justice perspective, we were ALL trash!!!!!!
With that said, we have to reckon with the kind of people that we want to be. do we, in fact, believe people can change? do we believe in apologies?

Almost every BW I know has a story about a time in a professional setting in which she attempted to have a talk with a WW about her behavior & it has ended with the WW crying.
The WW wasn't crying because she felt sorry and was deeply remorseful. The WW was crying because she felt "bullied" and/or that the BW was being too harsh with her

I am a little concerned by the discourse that is surrounding Cardi B's pregnancy that is coming from BW on here. The discourse reminds me of something that Toni Morrison said about having children while being interviewed by Junot Diaz
She said that white feminist in her day believed that having children meant the loss of freedom. Toni said that having children made her free and that she never felt freer. It's interesting to see how so many women still believe that children = loss of dreams
