⚪️ A breaker block is a failed order block causing a significant shift in market liquidity and structure, signaling future market movements.

🔵 A breaker block, as described by the Inner Circle Trader (ICT), is essentially a failed order block that results in a significant shift in market liquidity. This shift can change the market structure from bullish to bearish or vice versa.
