Thread about church... The church has hurt so many people it is hard to fathom. This is the most difficult truth. I myself left for 18 yrs, came back reluctantly, but now 33 years later I am about to celebrate 15 yrs of working for church. No one would have predicted this. 1/cont 2/Yet, here I am doing the job of a lifetime. I am very lucky to work at a very welcoming parish; I guess I could not work here if it were otherwise.
