2. It also means that the Feds also didn't look at them or didn't tell her. Did she clarify whether law enforcement ever looked at Charlie's phone (or "pulled the records" as some are claiming they would have done instead - though they couldn't for Signal/Telegram.

I *saw* and *read* the actual letter from the court in response to the DOJ's request to unseal Grand Jury testimony. Now it's been scrubbed and memory-holed. It showed that the DOJ did a half-assed, unprepared request. THAT'S why it was denied.
The DOJ has until a certain date to provide specific information and do the proper legwork and send in a *real* request. But now all the media is just reporting that "the court denied the request." Some are even emphasizing that the judge is Jewish.

Thread 🧵: I must now take this article by Alan Dershowitz apart. He is VERY selectively sharing facts and deliberately leaving out others in such a way as to drastically alter the perceived meaning of those facts.
1st he mentions that names of alleged perpetrators, obtained thru FBI interviews with alleged victims, have been redacted. He does not mention that many accusations (and names of accused) are already a matter of public record.
