Interesting: mRNA vaccinees mostly develop Abs against the prefusion spike conformation (because the vaccine sequence is mutated to freeze the prefusion state). Infected (Wuhan strain) persons have more anti-postfusion Abs.

Warum triggert das Wort vom "Immuntraining" eigentlich die Fachleute?
Weil es fälschlicherweise impliziert, dass das Immunsystem wie ein Muskel funktioniert.
Und das wiederum würde bedeuten, dass es ohne regelmäßiges Training eigentlich schwach ist.
1/12 Man müsse es deshalb "stärken", und tatsächlich gibt es ja allerlei Mittelchen zu kaufen, die vorgeben das zu tun.
Wenn aber unser Otto Normal-Immunsystem eine regelmäßige Stärkung bräuchte, das würde bedeuten dass wir alle by default immunsupprimiert wären 2/

First, you can indeed make a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 from cloned cDNA using the type IIS restriction enzyme BsaI (and another one) 👇 by Xie et al

Was mir im Evaluationsbericht mit als Erstes aufgefallen ist: Der Maßnahmenindex für D ist 2 mal abgebildet:
1. auf S. 78 (alleine)
2. auf S. 80 (zusammen mit der Inzidenz)

Aber die Kurven sind nicht identisch

Is there a homology between the SARS-CoV-2 furin cleavage site (FCS) and a Moderna patent sequence from 2016?
A recent Frontiers in Virology article suggests that, but in my view the article contains more whishful thinking than real science, perhaps "whishful thience".
1/8 In short, the authors did extensive (and quite selective) nucleotide sequence database searches for the FCS, using BLAST.

Q: "And then they came up with a sequence patented by Moderna, isnt it?"

A: "No"
