We reject the racism of Cindy Hyde-Smith's recent "hanging" comment. Such language calls back to the horror of many lives lost due to racial mob violence here & nationally. Alluding to attending "public hangings" ie lynchings seems antithetical to a pro-life position 1/10 We also condemn @PhilBryantMS's attempt to deflect from her statement by attempting to shame and stigmatize black women who have abortions as committing genocide. This is a highly racist attack that does not go unnoticed. We are not ashamed nor are we criminals.
