The mechanism used, ESC, was added in 2023 & Boro could help City out here... Clubs only get a limited number of ESC slots & you have to give a % of your domestic mins to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 players to get them. City have a low % of 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 mins, so using a slot can be a big deal.

Nypan is a big deal, but they could still do with converting him out of that slot ASAP
