Students have been left in limbo after Ofqual retracted its appeal guidance.

Student Curtis Parfitt-Ford, who launched a legal bid against Ofqual, says no matter what happens now, there will be people who have been 'permanently affected' as a consequence of the decision. Student Farjana Sayeed was predicted ABC. Instead, she received EEE.
