Our goal is to build a tool to manage on-chain costs. Ethereum itself is impossible cuz gas price feed for each block is needed, which can only be done through L2. We do backtested the past gas consumed, average confirm time for each txns, and other factors on both #Arbitrum and #Optimism, and it turned out we should pick #Arbitrum at this stage.
