🧵 Former Chief Justice Warren Burger - a Nixon appointee whose Court gave us Roe v Wade with a 7-2 decision - once declared that the Second Amendment "has been the subject of one of the greatest pieces of fraud, I repeat the word fraud…” The radical right Roberts Court advanced that fraud yesterday and perpetuated another fraud today.

Despite so many members of this Court declaring Roe “settled law” during their confirmation hearings, they all ended up being exactly who we thought they were.
