So some shit went down for me personally at the end of 2018. First, let me just say I'm old. I'm not old-old - sorry to anyone in their 80s but that's my definition of old-old these days. I am 48, so I'm Perimenopause old so the "shit that went down" as I turned the page on 2018 is what began my #AdventuresInPerimenopause, aka the worst medical experience of my life...and I had my ankle surgically reconstructed w/no pain meds when I was 4 months pregnant
