Please help raise awareness of the threat that @gcarmell's @CWSapartments to the disabled.

In addition to what is presented in the attached thread, their staff mishandled clear accomodations requests. The staff at @CWSApartments established accomodations with me and when they made mistakes, they blaimed their mistakes on the disabled.

@ABADisability, I desperately need your help as do possibly 25,000 disabled residents of @Gcarmell's @CWSapartments served by the lawfirm @MessnerReeves.

The $5 Billion company that owns 97 Appartment complexes does not follow very basic and simple FHA laws. If you read the start of the attached thread you will see that they unlawfully stripped the disabled of their assistance animal. I have an abundance of recording and evidence of even more heinous treatment by the untrained staff who all rely on a Corporate entity for guidance.

Mr @gcarmell, of @CWSapartments,

I am an Autistic resident of Marquis Lakeline Station and this is an Americans with Disabilites Act Reasonable Accomodation Request in line with the ADA and the Fair Housing Act.

As you know, there is no mandated way that these are submitted. I have communication difficulties and your company is failing to manage disability correctly requiring that modification to your policy which will be made clear through this process.

This constitutes a valid ADA accomodation request.

I was in a wonderful Twitter space #NeurodivergentinTech hosted by @dev_nikema yesterday. I encountered it through @wesley83.

It was a great & safe space to talk about ND and workplace issues.

Some notes to share for those who might want these resources: There is a significant correlation between ADHD and undiagnosed autism. Especially for anyone older than 30, non-white, non-male.

Undiagnosed autistic people go through their whole lives feeling like the don’t fit.
