Zachary Rehl - Proud Boy, Capitol attack participant & son of a Philly cop - is scheduled to be sentenced in the J6 Seditious Conspiracy case in a few minutes.

His codefendant & fellow Proud Boy Joe Biggs just received a 17 year sentence from Judge Timothy Kelly before lunch. Unlike Biggs, who acted like any well-advised defendant on trial should, Zach Rehl (seen here leaving a 2018 "free speech" rally he organized) repeatedly contradicted himself and lied to the court during his testimony at trial.

(Biggs didn't take the stand, but Rehl did.)

We’re back in federal court in DC today for an expected 1:30 PM hearing in the Roger Stone case. First noteworthy sighting of the day outside court:

Paul Kemaner, attorney for Andrew Miller, a Roger Stone aide who tried to avoid appearing before the grand jury in the case.

(Miller eventually did testify to the grand jury investigating Stone.)

(Jury selection was Monday, today is 3rd day of evidence presented in the case.)

Stone is charged with making false statements to Congress, obstructing, & threatening a witness. Today we'll hear part 2 of testimony from Randy Credico, the federal witness Roger Stone is accused of threatening. Stone allegedly threatened Credico with statements such as "prepare to die" and threatened to kidnap his service dog, Bianca.
