Announcing the 2019 Bourbon County Stout variants, a thread. 1/11 This year’s BCS was aged in a mix of Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, and Wild Turkey barrels. Flavors of cocoa, fudge, vanilla, caramel, almond, plus leather and tobacco, permeate this beer. We’ve bottled BCS for 15 years, and this year’s vintage is one to cellar. 2/11
