The Trial of Chris Barber and Tamara Lich, of Canada's Freedom Convoy, resumes today in Ottawa - the longest running 'mischief' trial in Canadian history, and an utter affront to pillars of 'Western Democracy' such as freedoms of speech and protest.

Probably, but not completely.

1/ In this week's pre-trial motions, applications were going to be made which would have gutted the Crown's case against the men, by either having evidence dismissed for various reasons, or showing that it was concocted out of thin air with not much to back it up.
