- @theRCN consulted members just under 1 year ago re pay
- RCN TUC set the level of our pay claim @ 12.5% after consultation with Governance groups, Boards & Branches declaring this in August 2020
- endorsed by the @RCNScot on behalf of member - the pay claim was for all band of our nursing team to have a single year deal of 12.5%
- RCN commited to working with sister unions to achieve a substantive pay increase for NHS staff but focus on the Nursing team
- all of this has been lead by the TUC through member engagement
