Lifting is Hard
Many Lifters are surprised that they cannot convince people to barbell train.
They attempt the selling points:
increased muscle mass, improved bone density, better joint health, maintain a healthy bf%...
The answer is still 9/10: NO & they never touch a bar
Classic excuses are often given:
herniated disc, injured back 4 years ago, tweaked my knee last month etc etc...
seasoned lifters and coaches don't even bat an eye at these. We've heard them TONS OF TIMES
of course things hurt, that is apart of life & actually doing things.

8 mos ago I ran two gyms and a small online store to sling t-shirts — mainly because I like S. Carolina Cotton.
I was not in retail, I was not in mfg. I never thought I’d buy shrink wrap in bulk.
I was a service based brick and mortar business.
March 17th I was closed.

We immediately moved coaching online and begin sourcing equipment to get to our members.
We bought a lot early but demand sky rocketed and it wasn’t enough.
Zoom coaching took off.
Home gym equipment sky rocketed, so we started producing it ourselves.
