The time for equilibrium in justice is now.

We must address entrenched biases that have kept evidence-based regulations from occurring to protect public health & human rights.

#drugpolicy #thread Image This manual's table of contents alone contains a serious level of absolutism in stating inaccurate situations worth evaluating.

Titles of chapters unfortunately rely on false dichotomy, no true Scotsman, burden of proof, and slippery slope fallacies. #yourbiasis #yourfallacyis Image

Would like to offer a brief statement on this orchestrated campaign from @EveryBrainMatt & how we can move forward.

It's beyond time #ksleg base decisions on ALL available evidence, not propagandized agendas from profiteers along the whole spectrum.
#thread #cannabis #drugpolicy Image To start off, Kansas is a state that will never be Colorado for multiple reasons.

As a lifelong Kansan, my family always took trips to Colorado growing up. We traveled to beautiful lakes up the mountain from Fort Collins and loved hiking & fishing.

It's a unique destination.
