My best friend & the best man in our wedding received sad news:
His mom's been diagnosed with breast cancer.

She's always been there for him & me, throughout all our highschool and college days...good and bad.

I'm devastated, she's refusing treatment, choosing QoL vs longevity. As a lifelong Kansan, my family always took trips to Colorado growing up. We traveled to beautiful lakes up the mountain from Fort Collins and loved hiking & fishing.

It's a unique destination.
